1. ACCEPTANCE

(d) Wallet: A secure digital wallet on the Website used for storing funds, placing bets, processing withdrawals, making deposits, and performing other financial transactions related to the Services.

(e) Promotion Code: A unique code issued by the Company that grants access to specific offers, bonuses, or discounts in accordance with the Bonus and Promotion Policy.

(f) Service or Services: All features and functionalities available on the Website, including Games, chat rooms, customer support, deposits, tips, withdrawals, bonuses, and any associated offerings.

(g) Terms: This binding agreement, which includes the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Bonus and Promotion Policy, Game and Sportsbook Policy, and D1CE Chat Rules, collectively governing the use of the Website and Services.

3. GOVERNING PROVISIONS

3.1 The Company reserves the exclusive right to amend or update these Terms at its discretion. Changes will be communicated through the Website, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

3.2 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, unless otherwise specified.

4. RESTRICTIONS

4.2 Access to the Services may be restricted in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

4.3 The Company prohibits fraudulent activities, collusion, and the use of bots or automated systems to manipulate betting outcomes. Violations may result in Account suspension or termination.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

5.1 The Company assumes no liability for any losses or damages resulting from the User’s reliance on information provided through the Website.

5.2 The Company is not responsible for interruptions, delays, or errors arising from technical issues, including but not limited to server downtime or third-party disruptions.

5.3 The User acknowledges and accepts that gambling involves inherent risks, and participation is at their own discretion and responsibility.

5.4 Bonuses, rewards, or promotions applicable to the rules in this section are governed by the Bonus and Promotion Policy. Any additional rules or conditions will be clearly stated. In case of conflict, the terms outlined in the Bonus and Promotion Policy take precedence.

6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

6.1 In the event of a dispute, the Company’s records shall serve as the final authority in determining outcomes.

6.2 Users may contact Customer Support to address grievances or request clarification regarding these Terms. Escalation procedures will follow the Company’s internal protocols.

7. DISCLAIMER

7.1 Live Score Updates You acknowledge that Live Score Updates are provided for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. The Company shall not be held liable for any errors, delays, or inaccuracies in such updates. The Company reserves the right to cancel any bets if the outcome of an event is already known or if technical issues hinder the proper updating of odds.

7.2 Outright Bets All outright bets are final, non-refundable, and binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. Should the selected participant fail to participate in the event, the bet will be settled as a loss.

7.3 Dead Heat Rules Dead heat rules apply in the event of multiple winners. Stakes will be proportionally divided by the number of tied selections. The corresponding portion of the bet will be settled as a winner, with the remainder considered a loser.

7.4 Official Information All bets will be settled based on official information provided by the relevant governing body at the time of the result. For non-official events, bets will be settled based on information provided by the Company or other authorized sources, unless otherwise specified.

7.5 Competitor Non-Starts If a competitor does not start, bets placed on the corresponding head-to-head market will be void. In the event that both competitors fail to finish, the winner will be determined by the competitor who completes more laps. If both competitors are eliminated on the same lap, the bet will be void. In cases where both competitors finish in the same position, the bet will also be void.

7.6 Interrupted or Postponed Matches Matches that are interrupted or postponed and do not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will result in the cancellation of bets, except for those whose outcomes were already determined prior to the interruption.

7.7 Statistics and Editorial Text Any statistics, editorial text, or commentary provided in the Sportsbook are for informational purposes only. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of this information and assumes no liability for errors. It is the responsibility of the Player to be aware of the current circumstances of the event prior to placing bets.

7.8 Bad Odds The Company reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds, including instances of erroneous odds or bets placed after an event has commenced due to technical issues.

7.9 Bet Restrictions The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, restrict, cancel, or limit any bet. Bets will be settled only after the event’s conclusion or based on official results. The Company also reserves the right to void any bets influenced by fraudulent activity, manipulated odds, or external factors, such as point deductions, relegations, or other penalties not directly tied to the competition itself.

Bets placed with bonus funds are subject to the terms outlined in this Bonus, Reward, and Promotion Policy. These include strict adherence to wagering requirements, bet validity rules, and promotion-specific conditions. Users must meet these criteria before bonus funds can be withdrawn. It is the User's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the terms of this Policy and any applicable event rules.

7.10 Unfair Activity The Company reserves the right to void bets or declare them invalid if there is suspicion of unfair activity, including but not limited to: (a) Game manipulation (b) Collusion (c) Fraud (d) Proxy betting (e) Use of bots or automated systems (f) Participation in criminal syndicates Group betting and repeated bets on the same outcomes by multiple Users may also be deemed invalid. Accounts suspected of engaging in such activities may be suspended or terminated, and remaining balances may be frozen pending investigation.

7.11 Disputes Any disputes or claims regarding bets must be submitted within seven (7) days following the conclusion of the event. Claims submitted after this period will be considered invalid. It is the Player’s responsibility to ensure timely submission of disputes.

7.12 Combo Bets with Related Outcomes Combo bets involving related outcomes will be void. For example, a bet on Team A winning the league combined with a bet on Team A winning the deciding match will be considered invalid.

7.13 Odds Updates The Company or its partners may update the odds for any Bet or Wager at their sole discretion before the bet is placed. The Company also reserves the right to remove betting options for any event, match, or game at any time without prior notice.

7.14 Automated Betting Scripts The use of third-party automated betting scripts, bots, or other automation tools is strictly prohibited. Any Account found to be using such tools will be considered in breach of these Terms, and any associated bets may be voided. The Account may also be suspended or closed pending further investigation.

8. GENERAL INFORMATION

8.1 Sportsbook Section The Sportsbook Section offers a diverse array of sports and esports events, allowing Users to place bets on their outcomes. All bets and wagers within the Sportsbook are based on real-world games and are categorized as either sports bets or esports bets.

8.2 Game Schedule and Bet Placement The game schedule is regularly updated to reflect all upcoming matches, events, and games. The timeframes for placing wagers in advance may vary depending on the selected sport or esports category. Users may place bets before the event starts (pre-game) or during the event (live-bet).

8.3 Maximum Odds Multiplier The maximum allowable odds multiplier in the Sportsbook is 1000 (one thousand). Bets resulting in odds exceeding this limit will be capped at a maximum multiplier of 1000.

8.4 Minimum Odds Multiplier The minimum odds multiplier required for a winning bet is 1.01 (one point zero one). Bets with odds lower than this threshold are prohibited.

8.5 Minimum Stake Requirement The minimum stake required to place a bet in the Sportsbook is 1 (one) USDT.

8.6 Maximum Stake Limit The maximum stake permitted for a bet varies significantly depending on the type of bet placed. The range for the maximum stake is between 10 (ten) USDT and 200,000 (two hundred thousand) USDT.

8.7 Payout Cap Any winning payout exceeding 500,000 (five hundred thousand) USDT will be capped at 500,000 (five hundred thousand) USDT.

8.8 My Bets Section The "My Bets" section allows Users to track all active and historical bets, regardless of whether they were won or lost. This section includes filtering options for open bets, won, lost, cashed-out, canceled, and refunded bets to facilitate easier management and monitoring.

8.9 Availability and Accuracy of "My Bets" Section The Company does not guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, or completeness of the "My Bets" section. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain reliable services, Users acknowledge that discrepancies or interruptions may occur.

8.10 Payout Processing Once a bet is settled or cashed out, any winnings will be credited to the User's Account within 24 (twenty-four) hours following the successful conclusion of the bet. Users acknowledge that delays in payment may occur due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to bank processing times or technical issues.

EARLY CASH OUT AND CANCELLATION

8.11 Early Cash Out Option Users may opt to cash out their bet early if they are satisfied with the current odds or wish to mitigate the risk of losing the bet. However, Users acknowledge that early cash-out may become unavailable as the game nears its conclusion. Furthermore, any combo boosts, free bets, or other bonuses applied to the bet will be forfeited upon early cash-out.

8.12 Cash Out Settlement If Users choose to cash out, the amount displayed at the time of cash-out will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to completed bets.

8.13 Bet Cancellation Fee The Company may impose a cancellation fee for bets canceled prior to the event’s commencement. This fee may be up to 20% (twenty percent) of the initial stake amount. Canceled bets are non-reversible, and once the event has started, bets cannot be canceled.

8.14 Acceptance of Early Cash Out Users may accept or decline offers to redeem a bet early via the cash-out option. By selecting "Cash Out," the User agrees to the revised conditions of the bet. The cash-out rates may vary depending on whether the bet is pre-match or live-bet. The Company reserves the right to modify or withdraw cash-out offers at any time, including the right to decline cash-out offers without prior notice.

9. BET TYPES

9.1 Single (Ordinary) A wager placed on the outcome of a single event. The payout for a single bet is calculated by multiplying the stake by the odds of the selected outcome.

9.2 Combo A bet that combines multiple selections from independent events. To win, all selections within the combo must be successful. If any selection loses, the entire combo bet is considered lost. The payout is calculated by multiplying the odds of each winning selection together and applying it to the stake.

9.3 System Bet A series of combo bets formed from a set of outcomes, each with the same stake and number of selections. The payout for the system bet is the sum of the payouts from the individual combo bets within the system. System bets allow for partial wins even if not all selections are successful.

9.4 Trixie A combination bet that consists of one treble and three doubles from three selected events.

9.5 Patent A combination bet that consists of one treble, three doubles, and three singles from three selected events.

9.6 Yankee A combination bet that consists of one fourfold, four trebles, and six doubles from four selected events.

9.7 Canadian (Super Yankee) A combination bet that consists of one fivefold, five fourfolds, ten trebles, and ten doubles from five selected events.

9.8 Heinz A combination bet that consists of one sixfold, six fivefolds, fifteen fourfolds, twenty trebles, and fifteen doubles from six selected events.

9.9 Super Heinz A combination bet that consists of one sevenfold, seven sixfolds, twenty-one fivefolds, thirty-five fourfolds, thirty-five trebles, and twenty-one doubles from seven selected events.

9.10 Goliath A combination bet that consists of one eightfold, eight sevenfolds, twenty-eight sixfolds, fifty-six fivefolds, seventy fourfolds, fifty-six trebles, and twenty-eight doubles from eight selected events.

9.11 Odds Rounding If the odds contain more than two decimal places, the payout will be rounded to the nearest second decimal place.

10. MARKETS

10.1 Match (1X2) Bets can be placed on the outcome of a match or event. The options include: (a) "1" for the home team or the team listed first, (b) "X" for a draw, and (c) "2" for the away team or the team listed second.

10.2 Correct Score Bets can be placed on the exact final score of a match or event.

10.3 Over or Under (Totals) Bets can be placed on whether the total number of a predefined statistic (e.g., goals, points, corners) will be over or under a specified amount. If the total matches the specified amount, bets are void.

10.4 Odd or Even Bets can be placed on whether the total number of a predefined statistic (e.g., goals, points) will be an odd or even number.

10.5 Head-to-Head or Triple-Head Bets can be placed on which of two or three participants will achieve the best result in an event.

10.6 Half Time or Full Time Bets can be placed on the outcome at half time and the final result of the match.

10.7 Period Betting Bets can be placed on the outcome of individual periods within a match.

10.8 Draw No Bet Bets can be placed on either "1" or "2" as defined in Section 10.1. If the match ends in a draw, the stake is refunded.

10.9 Handicap Bets can be placed on whether a team will win after a specified handicap is applied to the final score. If the result is a tie after applying the handicap, bets are void.

10.10 Asian Handicap Bets involve a handicap that can result in a partial win or partial loss, depending on the margin of victory.

10.11 Double Chance Bets can be placed on two of the three possible outcomes of a match: (a) 1X (home team wins or draw), (b) 12 (either team wins, no draw), or (c) X2 (draw or away team wins).

10.12 Outright or Place Betting Bets can be placed on a participant to win or place within a specified range in an event or competition.

10.13 Quarter, Half, or Period X Bets can be placed on the outcome or score within a specific time frame of a match, excluding other parts of the event.

10.14 Result at the End of Quarter, Half, or Period X Bets can be placed on the result at the end of a specified timeframe, including all events up to that point.

10.15 Race to X Points or Goals Bets can be placed on which team or participant will reach a specified number of points or goals first. If the target is not reached, bets are void.

10.16 Winner of Point X or Scorer of Goal X Bets can be placed on which team or participant will achieve a specific event first. If the event does not occur, bets are void.

10.17 First Card or Next Team to Receive Penalty Minutes Bets can be placed on which team will receive the first card or penalty minutes. If it is unclear who received the card first, bets are void.

10.18 Team to Score First and Win Bets can be placed on a team to score the first goal and win the match. If no goals are scored, bets are void.

10.19 Clean Sheet Bets can be placed on a team not conceding any goals during a match.

10.20 Team to Win from Behind Bets can be placed on a team to win the match after being behind at any point.

10.21 Team to Win All Halves or Periods Bets can be placed on a team to score more goals than its opponent in all designated halves or periods.

10.22 Injury Time Bets referring to "Injury Time" are based on the official time displayed, not the actual time played.

10.23 Man of the Match or Most Valuable Player Bets on "Man of the Match" or "Most Valuable Player" are settled based on the decision of the event organizers, unless stated otherwise.

11.1 Overview D1CE strongly advises Users to carefully review the rules and regulations of FB Sports. The terms and conditions stipulated by FB Sports may differ from those applicable to the version of D1CE. Our Company does not have the authority to modify, amend, or otherwise alter the terms and conditions of FB Sports.

12.1 DISPUTE RESOLUTION Disputes related to sports betting markets, including rule interpretations, settlement discrepancies, or payout delays, will be addressed in accordance with the Special Rules for Sports Markets. Disputes should be submitted to Customer Support within 30 days of the incident. Verified discrepancies will be resolved within seven business days of confirmation.
