Esports Special Rules
1. GENERAL RULES APPLICABLE TO ESPORTS
1.1 Esports Market Settlement All esports markets are based on in-game score events or results at the conclusion of a scheduled match or map. Settlements shall be determined using the official score and results declared via the official video stream or the in-game stream of the relevant matches.
1.2 Match Start Times Match start dates and times displayed for esports matches are indicative only and are not guaranteed to be accurate. All bets shall remain valid provided the match occurs within 24 hours of the originally scheduled time.
1.3 Paused or Postponed Matches If a match is paused or postponed and not rescheduled within 24 hours of the original start time, all bets on that match shall be voided.
1.4 Misspelled Player, Team, or Tournament Names Bets shall remain valid in cases where the name of a Player, team, or tournament is misspelled, provided it does not result in ambiguity or misidentification.
1.5 Team Name Changes Bets shall remain valid if a team name changes due to the team leaving one organization, joining another, or undergoing an official name change.
1.6 Use of Stand-Ins If the event organizer permits the use of stand-ins and declares an official result, all bets shall be settled as normal.
1.7 Overruled Match Results In cases where a match result is overruled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances—such as cheating—all bets on that match shall be voided. This rule applies within 72 hours of the match’s conclusion. After this period, the sportsbook will not alter the settlement of tickets.

1.9 Team Retirement During a Match If a team retires during a match: (a) Bets on completed individual maps shall be settled. (b) Bets on undecided match markets, match side markets, and other unfinished map markets shall be voided. (c) Bets on future maps that are completed shall be settled based on official results. In cases where live offers are affected, betting markets for the affected match will be suspended and migrated to a new match ID reflecting the match’s state. Example: If Team A wins Map 1 and then forfeits Map 2, all bets on undecided match markets and Map 2 shall be voided. Betting will resume for Map 3 under the new match ID.
1.10 Overtime Inclusion All markets include overtime, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the market name.
1.11 Altered Match Format If the match format is altered or differs from what was originally offered, the sportsbook reserves the right to void all bets.
1.12 Incorrect Fixture Listings If a fixture is listed incorrectly, the sportsbook reserves the right to void all bets.
1.13 Early Matches If a match is played before its scheduled start date or time, bets placed after the actual start time shall be void. Bets placed before the actual start shall remain valid.
1.14 Replayed Matches or Maps If a match or map is replayed due to organizer or technical issues, all affected bets shall be voided, and the replayed matches or maps shall be treated as new matches.
1.15 Fewer Than 10 Players at Match Start If a match begins with fewer than 10 Players, all bets placed on that map shall be voided.
1.16 Dispute Resolution In the event of disputes related to esports market settlements, Users shall submit a formal request to Customer Support within 30 days of the match’s conclusion. The sportsbook’s records shall be deemed final unless clear evidence to the contrary is provided.
1.17 Applicability of General Provisions All esports betting rules are subject to and governed by the Sportsbook Terms and Conditions. These provisions ensure that esports betting operates under the same regulatory framework as other sportsbook activities. In the event of any conflict between these rules and the general principles of the Sportsbook Terms and Conditions, the general principles shall prevail.
1.18 Limitation of Liability The sportsbook shall not be held liable for losses resulting from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, Player misconduct, or organizer decisions outside the sportsbook’s control.

3. ESPORTS SOLUTION BETTING RULES
3.1 General Rules 3.1.1. The sportsbook platform reserves the right to cancel any bets placed on clearly erroneous odds (e.g., odds due to typographical errors, back-office mistakes, or fixed matches), switched odds, or bets made after an event has started or affected by notable technical issues. 3.1.2. All bets will be settled once the outcome of the market has been determined. 3.1.3. The "Match" market (1X2) allows betting on the partial or final outcome of a match or event. The options are:
(a) "1" = Home team, or the team listed on the left side of the offer.
(b) "X" = Draw, or the middle selection.
(c) "2" = Away team, or the team listed on the right side of the offer.
3.1.4. The "Correct Score" market allows betting on the partial or final exact score of a match or event. 3.1.5. The "Over/Under" (Totals) market allows betting on the partial or final number of predefined occurrences (e.g., goals, points, corners, rebounds, penalty minutes, etc.).
If the total amount of occurrences equals the betting line, all bets on this offer will be void.
Example: If the betting line is 328.0 points and the match ends with a score of 164-164, the bet will be void.
3.1.6. The "Odd/Even" market allows betting on whether the total number of predefined occurrences (e.g., goals, points, corners) is odd or even.
(a) "Odd" includes values like 1, 3, 5.
(b) "Even" includes values like 0, 2, 4.
3.1.7. The "Half Time/Full Time" market allows betting on the result at halftime and the final outcome.
Example: If the halftime score is 3-0 and the match ends 3-3, the winning outcome is 3/X.
Bets will be void if the match is played in a format different from what is listed (e.g., not two halves).
3.1.8. The "Period Betting" market allows betting on the outcome of each separate period within a match or event. 3.1.9. The "Draw No Bet" market allows betting on either "3" or "2" as defined above. If the match ends in a draw, or the occurrence does not happen, the stake will be refunded.
3.1.10. The "Handicap" market allows betting on whether the chosen outcome will win after a specified handicap is added/subtracted to the score.
If the result matches the betting line after adjustment, all bets on this offer will be void. 3.1.11. The "Asian Handicap" market applies split bets to the listed handicap.
Example: Home team (-3.75) vs. Away team (+3.75) divides the stake into two bets: -3.5 and -4.0.
Full payout applies if the home team wins by 4 or more goals.
A 3-goal win refunds part of the bet (-4.0) and pays out the other part (-3.5). 3.1.12. The "Double Chance" market allows simultaneous betting on two outcomes:
3X, 32, or X2, where 3, X, and 2 are as defined above. 3.1.13. The "Team to Score First and Win" market applies to the team that scores the first goal and wins the match.
If no goals are scored, all bets will be void. 3.1.14. Bets on "Quarter / Half / Period X" apply to the result or score within the specified timeframe.
(a) Bets exclude occurrences from other parts of the match.
(b) Bets will be void if the match format differs from what is stipulated.
3.1.15. Bets on "Result at End of Quarter / Half / Period X" include occurrences up to the specified timeframe, considering all prior points/goals/events. 3.1.16. Bets on "Race to X Points / Race to X Goals" apply to the first team/participant reaching the specified tally within the timeframe.
If the score isn’t reached within the timeframe, all bets will be void, unless otherwise stated. 3.1.17. Bets on "Winner of Point X / Scorer of Goal X" apply to the specific occurrence listed.
Prior occurrences are not considered.
If the occurrence isn’t met within the timeframe, bets will be void, unless otherwise stated. 3.1.18. A team to win all halves/periods means the listed team must outscore its opponent in all designated halves/periods.
3.2 Basketball Market Rules
3.2.1. Overtime is excluded unless explicitly stated in the market.
3.2.2. Bets like "Who scores Xth point?" are void if the match ends before reaching the specified point.
3.3 Cricket Market Rules
3.3.1. Delivery Markets: The result is determined by the number of runs added to the team’s total off the specified delivery. For example, if an over begins with a wide ball, the first delivery is settled as 3 runs, even though no legal delivery has been bowled. The next ball is then deemed the third delivery of the over. Runs scored off additional deliveries due to free hits or re-bowled illegal deliveries do not count. All runs—whether from the bat or extras—are included. For instance, a wide ball with three extra runs equals 4 runs in total off that delivery.
3.3.2. Over Markets: Bets on runs scored in an over will stand only if the specified over is completed, unless the result has already been settled. If an innings ends during an over, the over is considered complete, except in cases of external factors (e.g., bad weather). In such instances, bets are void unless settlement has been determined. Extras and penalty runs count toward settlement.
3.3.3. Wicket in Over: Any wicket, including run-outs, counts for settlement. However, a batsman retiring hurt does not count as a dismissal. If a batsman is timed out or retired out, the wicket is deemed to have occurred on the previous ball.
3.3.4. Over Odd/Even: Bets predict whether the runs scored in a specified over will be odd or even. Zero is treated as an even number.
3.3.5. Innings Markets: In limited-overs matches, bets are void if at least 80% of the scheduled overs cannot be completed due to external factors like bad weather, unless settlement has been determined. Bets on future innings remain valid regardless of runs scored in previous innings. For First Class matches, bets are void if fewer than 200 overs are bowled, unless settled earlier. Similarly, bets are void if fewer than 60 overs are bowled in an incomplete innings, unless already settled. An innings declaration is treated as complete for settlement purposes.
3.4 Baseball Market Rules 3.4.1. Possible extra innings are not included in markets unless explicitly stated.
