GENERAL CONDITIONS** 3.1 Promotional Discretion: The Company reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to modify, add, amend, suspend, or remove any bonuses, tournaments, promotions, or other offers without prior notice to Users. 3.2 Offer Availability and Restrictions: D1CE reserves the right to refuse or limit the availability of bonuses, promotions, or special offers to any User. Failure to claim within this period will result in the forfeiture of the respective reward, bonus, or promotion. Users are advised to refer to the specific details provided for each event to determine the applicable timeframes. 3.9 Multi-Account Prohibition: Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to claim bonuses or promotions through multiple Accounts or by creating additional Accounts to exploit bonuses, promotions, or other offers. Violations of this provision may result in the suspension or permanent termination of all associated Accounts. 3.10 Specific Terms Review: Users must review the specific terms and conditions provided for each bonus, reward, or promotion to understand the eligibility criteria, claim procedures, and usage requirements. 3.11 Eligibility Requirements: Eligibility for bonuses, rewards, and promotions may vary based on the specific terms and conditions associated with each offering. Specifically, entries must be submitted within designated limits on approved markets or events, originate from an active, verified Account with sufficient available funds, and adhere to responsible participation policies while avoiding fraudulent practices, collusion, exploitation, or manipulation. Allocations submitted using bonus funds or promotional offers must fulfill all specified conditions and be submitted within the designated timeframe. Failure to meet these requirements may render the entry invalid. 4.4.1 Valid Entries Categorization D1CE categorizes valid entries based on activity type: 4.4.1.1 Sports and Platform Predictions For void or tie entries resulting in a push or no action, the entry is not considered valid toward promotional calculations. For successful entries yielding a return, the valid entry amount is calculated based on net return (excluding the initial allocation). If the net return exceeds twice the initial allocation, the valid entry amount is capped at the initial allocation amount. For example, if you assign an allocation of 1,000 USDT, even if the actual settlement return exceeds 2x, the maximum valid entry amount counted will remain 1,000 USDT. For unsuccessful entries resulting in a settlement loss, the valid entry amount equals the initial allocation amount. 4.4.1.2 Digital Competitive and Interactive Events For void or tie entries resulting in a push or no action, the entry is not considered valid toward promotional calculations. Such actions will result in the invalidation of all allocations placed in that round and the complete forfeiture of associated returns, promotional credits, or rewards. 4.4.3 Valid Entry Turnover Valid Entry Turnover refers to the cumulative monetary value of all Valid Entries processed by a User. Turnover is calculated using exclusively settled entries that satisfy the platform’s eligibility criteria. This metric is utilized to evaluate bonus clearance, loyalty program progression, cashback allowances, and eligibility for platform promotions. Allocations excluded from Turnover calculations include those placed using promotional bonus funds, voided entries, and complimentary entries. 4.4.4 Interpretation of Valid Allocations D1CE retains the sole administrative authority to define, evaluate, and interpret the criteria for a valid entry. Interactive Live Events receive a 1x multiplier. 4.5.1 Calculating Tier Advancement Requirements To determine the remaining points required to advance to a subsequent VIP level, subtract the current tier requirement threshold from the target tier requirement threshold. For example, advancing from Bronze (10,000 points) to Silver (50,000 points) requires an additional accumulation of 40,000 points. 4.5.2 Progress Calculation Methodology To calculate the completion percentage toward the subsequent VIP tier, determine the proportion of points earned relative to the total additional requirement for the next tier. Multiply this percentage by the total tier point requirement to evaluate the exact volume of points accumulated. For example, assuming a progress percentage of 45 percent and a next level requirement of 40,000 points, multiplying 40,000 by 0.45 yields 18,000 points. Based on this formula, the User has accumulated 18,000 points toward reaching the next VIP tier threshold. 4.5.3 Remaining Allocation Requirements To determine the remaining entry volume or point accrual required to reach the subsequent VIP tier, subtract the total earned points from the aggregate points required for the target tier. For example, assuming a next level requirement of 40,000 points and earned points totaling 18,000 points, subtracting 18,000 from 40,000 yields 22,000 points. This calculation indicates that you need an additional 22,000 points to achieve the next VIP tier. 4.6 VIP Communications Channel Bronze-level Users and above gain access to the D1CE Telegram channel for platform news and announcements. VIP members receive additional access to an exclusive channel offering personalized updates, special promotions, and priority support services. 4.7 VIP User Benefits As a VIP User, you are entitled to an array of exclusive rewards and services, subject to the terms and conditions applicable to your specific VIP level. These benefits are outlined as follows: 4.7.1 Level-Up Bonus Upon attaining a new tier within the VIP Loyalty Program, eligible participants will be awarded a one-time level-up bonus in recognition of their achievement. This bonus serves to reward continued engagement and acknowledges significant milestones reached within the program. The bonus amount may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to, the participant’s Account activity and participation in qualifying promotions. These bespoke offerings include personalized rewards tailored to the User’s preferences, exclusive promotions designed for individual needs, and dedicated one-on-one support provided by assigned Account managers. These services ensure that Obsidian members receive premium assistance and customized benefits aligned with their market activity levels and preferences. **5. RAKEBACK REWARDS** 5.1 Types of Rakeback D1CE offers a variety of Rakeback rewards under its VIP Loyalty Program, which include, but are not limited to, sports prediction rakeback, live event rakeback, and platform game rakeback. 5.1.1 Rakeback Eligibility for All Users All Users are eligible to receive Rakeback rewards from sports predictions, platform games, and live event activities, subject to the terms and conditions of the VIP Loyalty Program. 5.2 Rakeback Calculation Rakeback rewards are calculated based on various factors, including but not limited to activity level (the extent and consistency of the User's engagement with the platform), frequency of deposits and withdrawals (the regularity of financial transactions made by the User), return trends (patterns of consecutive successful or unsuccessful settlements during market participation), and markets or events selected for participation (the specific categories chosen by the User). 5.3 Rakeback Level System Rakeback rewards under the VIP Loyalty Program are tied to a level-based system. Violations may result in suspension or termination of the User’s Account and forfeiture of rewards. 5.9 Claiming Rakeback Rewards The method for claiming Rakeback rewards may vary depending on the specific event or promotion. Users are advised to refer to the applicable terms and conditions for details. All bonus-related transactions are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring and compliance checks. USER-EXCLUSIVE PROMOTIONS D1CE offers a range of promotions and special offers designed exclusively for its users, available at different periods throughout the year. The following section provides detailed information about the promotional activities and benefits available to users. 6.1 Level-Up Bonus from Referral Code New users can enhance their experience and maximize rewards by participating in the Upgrade Bonus Program. Upon registering an account on the platform, each user is assigned a unique referral code. When referred friends earn a designated amount of upgrade rewards, the referral code owner will receive 20% of that amount as a bonus.
