4.4 Definition of a Valid Bet A valid bet must comply with the terms, conditions, and regulations established by D1CE. Specifically: (a) Bets must be placed within designated limits on approved games or events. (b) Bets must originate from an active, verified Account with sufficient available funds. (c) Bets must adhere to responsible gambling policies and avoid fraudulent practices, collusion, exploitation, or manipulation.

Wagers placed using bonus funds or promotional offers must fulfill all specified conditions and be submitted within the designated timeframe. Failure to meet these requirements may render the bet invalid.

4.4.1 Valid Bets Categorization D1CE categorizes valid bets based on activity type:

• Push Bets: Bets resulting in a "push" (tie or no action) are not considered valid.

• Winning Bets: Valid bet amount is calculated based on the net profit (excluding the initial stake). If the net profit exceeds twice the initial stake, the valid bet amount is capped at twice the initial stake minus the initial stake. Example: If you place a bet of 1,000 USDT, even if the actual payout exceeds 2x, the maximum valid bet amount counted will still be 1,000 USDT.

• Losing Bets: Valid bet amount equals the initial bet amount.

4.4.1.2 Games and Live Casino

• Push Bets: Not considered valid.

• Winning Bets: Valid bet amount is calculated based on the net profit (excluding the initial stake). If the net profit exceeds twice the initial stake, the valid bet amount is capped at twice the initial stake minus the initial stake. Example: If you place a bet of 1,000 USDT, even if the actual payout exceeds 2x, the maximum valid bet amount counted will still be 1,000 USDT.

• Losing Bets: Valid bet amount equals the initial bet amount.

4.4.2 Prohibition of Both-Side Betting For specific games such as Baccarat, Users are prohibited from betting on both sides (e.g., Player and Banker) in the same round. Such actions will result in invalidation of all bets placed in that round and forfeiture of related winnings or rewards.

4.5.2 Progress Calculation To calculate your progress percentage toward the next VIP tier, determine the proportion of points earned relative to the total requirement for the next tier. Apply this percentage to estimate the points already accumulated.

4.5.3 Remaining Wager Amount To determine the remaining wager amount required to reach the next VIP tier, subtract the total earned points from the points required for the next tier.

To apply for a partnership, you must: (a) Provide detailed insights into your average reach, including the geographic origin of your followers or viewers; (b) Ensure that no substantial portion of your followers resides in regions where D1CE is restricted or banned.

Substantial follower base is defined as having more than 20% of total followers from a restricted or banned region. Partnerships will not be extended to applicants who fail to meet this requirement due to legal restrictions.
